Kirsten and Steve had a The Commons 1854 wedding on September 21st, 2018. Fall had just hit so there was a lightly crisp feeling in the weather. Everything came together perfectly with no hiccups and these two deserved every bit of it! I am so excited to share a little bit about these two and of course their gorgeous photos.

The candids from this wedding were some of my favorites because there was so much laughter and joy throughout the day. Kirsten and Steve have the kind of love with one another that you are jealous of. They have a giddy romance, yet still have a deep, solid friendship in each other. I could from the very beginning that they were best friends and truly just enjoyed each other. The two of them have known each other for eight years and had a longer engagement

Kirsten is steadfast, driven, beautiful from the inside out, and just absolutely adorable. I sensed she was very loyal to those she cared deeply for. One of the statements the best man made about Kirsten was that she fits the contours of Steve’s personality and I absolutely loved this! These two are like two puzzle pieces. Steve is also driven and determined. He is a hard worker and from the sense I got is a solid rock for Kirsten. They both have some similarities, but push each other to be their best selves.

Right before Kirsten and Steve saw each other for the first time they read letters they had both written for the other. It was the sweetest thing when Kirsten teared up and her mom consoled her. She said Steve has a way with words and knows how to hit that emotional spot. We planned their first look in front of the hydrangea bush garden and it was actually one of my favorites. You could see the excitement in their faces that their day had finally come.

Congratulations Kirsten and Steve on The Commons 1854 wedding! I loved working with you two so much and wish you the best marriage!
