Lucy & Matt’s Squantum Association wedding was a beautiful day with just the right amount of wind. Their coastal venue was the perfect fit for their care free personalities and love for family and friends. The ceremony was held on on the lawn over looking the reception space. The reception hall is covered in beautiful, dark wood with windows surrounding the table scapes.
These two met in College their sophomore year, and were best friends until about four and a half years ago. They are both very friendly and enjoy spending the most time with friends and family. Lucy is the greatest joy to be around, and lights up every room she walks in! She is “type A” and extroverted, while Matt is very laid back and more of the calm one in the relationship .
The goal of their wedding was to feel intimate, and this was definitely achieved throughout their day. They hoped that everything would be relaxed and simple and it certainly was. Things are easy with these two as they have personalities that compliment one another. There was so much good, raw emotion throughout the day.
It has been so enjoyable working with these two, all the way back to the very beginning of their engagement session. We have laughed hard together, and I am honored to see them as friends at the end of it all. Congratulations Lucy and Matt, you two deserve the best in life!
