Phoebe and Topher had such a unique and intimate Portland Maine Wedding at the Portland Company. They are both in media production themselves, so I knew their ideas and design would be one of a kind at their event. They brought in personal touches throughout their whole day, like their french bulldog, Moose! Any wedding with a pup included wins me over. They even topped the night off with a quirky donut bar!
This was the first wedding where I had my husband, Zach associate shoot for my business. Rochelle Gove also was the second shooter and they did such a great job! Phoebe and Topher met Zach and I in Boston before their big day to make sure everything would go smooth. This wedding was a low key, down to earth affair that started right after sunset. They had an industrial vibe throughout with a lot of lighting for decor and some pops of greenery here and there.
As an established Portland Maine wedding photographer, I found that this was one of my favorites captured. Unfortunately the Portland Company is no longer hosting weddings in their space, so if you had the chance to have your wedding here then you are one of the only ones! A similar venue that just popped up is Brick South at Thompson’s Point. This venue is a bit larger than the Portland Company was and has some great light that comes through the windows.
Congratulations Phoebe and Topher, we loved capturing your wedding day! You two are a gorgeous couple with classic taste who both know how to put on an amazing party. We love your pup Moose, and wish you all the best in your future.
