Shannon and Paul had an OceanCliff Newport wedding and also a private charter for part of their rehearsal on Schooner Aurora. The weekend was absolutely stunning and I am so excited to share it with you all. These two love the ocean and being on the water, so when OceanCliff offered for them to use the schooner they were all in! I have always dreamed of shooting on a schooner before, so this was a treat for me as well. Before we boarded we were able to take some awesome photos of them on the boat with the wind blowing away!

From the very beginning Shannon and I connected. I truly feel like I have found a friend in her, and that is one of my favorite parts of this business! Creating relationships with my clients becomes what I most look forward to each year. Shannon and Paul are both a crazy fun, and outgoing couple, with one of the most important things being family and friends to them. They chose to have a day-wedding so that they had the chance to be with their guests for longer and into the evening. I loved hearing the speeches the best man and maid of honor prepared for them because it really showed how amazing these two are. They are kind hearted, selfless and the life of the party.

This Newport OceanCliff wedding was such a blast to be a part of. It was a blustery day, but I feel like that added to the romance a little! Shannon’s choice of greens and blues perfectly complimented the location. The dance floor was packed the whole time and eventually led to their after party at a bar in Newport. It looked like they spent the whole night dancing even more!
