Lauren and Tim had a Gardens at Elm Bank Wedding and held their reception at Osteria Postero in Waltham, Massachusetts. This beautiful day was a romantic and intimate affair for the couple, with only about twenty of their close family and friends attending. Everything about the ceremony had an elegant garden party feel. There were many tears and lots of laughter throughout the whole day.

Lauren and Tim met online initially, connecting over their mutual love of food and travel. They are both calm, shy and easy-going. Lauren is a planner by nature and enjoys to take on things with a sense of strategy. Tim is more laid-back, and likes to take life as it comes. They love the comfort of their home, but also love to travel and try new things. Finding ways to get out of their comfort zones is important to them as well, and they love to challenge each other.

The feel of the day was planned to be an intimate family celebration. Lauren grew up in an Italian family, and wanted the wedding to feel like a common Sunday family dinner. They emphasized their individual relationships with family members in special ways throughout the day. The whole day was about honoring certain people and the couple. It was beautifully put together and fit perfectly with their personalities.

Lauren went for a very a natural and comfortable style during the day. The two of them love nature, and had many nods to the outdoors throughout the ceremony and reception. They showcased some foraged greens and succulents for flowers, complementing the gardens. Her dress was a delicate and detailed BHLDN piece. Their rings, from Brilliant Earth, were organic in style.
