This Fall wedding inspiration shoot was something Kendra, from K.Engel Photography, and I put together. We had been itching to plan a shoot where we only shot on film. I am a hybrid photographer, meaning that I shoot using both digital and film formats. This post is showcasing my film work. There are so many fun shoots I have been a part of the past year. I am so excited to share this Fall wedding inspiration with everyone!
The trees’ leaves had just fallen and the air was crisp. Jo from Twig & Briar had pulled together a beautiful autumnal color palette that complimented the Old Stone Church perfectly. The warm colors, vintage style details and stone backdrop brought an antique touch to the shoot. Samira wore a modern style, long sleeve dress from Flair with a gorgeous low cut front. Ridgley Calligraphy put together an antique inspired, minimalist invitation suite that tied in the colors of the bouquet. We had Kadeema’s Antoinette chair as an accent piece and some natural linens on the table scape. Lastly, Silver Whisk whipped up a stunning cake with caramel drizzle adorned with blackberries and raspberry filling. The colors from this shoot have my heart.
The sun was starting to set pretty quickly as we were shooting so it was a little challenging shooting film at this hour. We had fun practicing and pushing the limits with the medium of film and can’t wait to see where we will get this shoot published! Expect to see a lot more of my film work in the coming months!
