I am so excited to announce that I am now collaborating with The Heirloom Bouquet, and offering it as an option for my brides! This is a unique way to preserve your bridal bouquet as an art piece for generations to come. How it works is I bring the bouquet home after the wedding day and take apart the beautiful blooms and greenery to stylistically design and display them. They are arranged on fine European linen or textured stucco. The design is then photographed and inscribed with the genus of each flower in a gorgeous calligraphy. It is printed on museum quality Hahnemühle paper, framed, and shipped directly to your home!

As soon as I saw what my dear friend, Jaimee Morse, had created with her bouquets, I knew I wanted to get involved! She founded The Heirloom Bouquet, and it is a luxury, one-of-a-kind work of art made custom from YOUR wedding bouquet. I truly wish that I had one of these pieces of art from my own bouquet two years ago.

“The Heirloom Bouquet: This gathering of flowers, an assemblage of beauty to adorn, to mark the becoming of a lasting bond: a bouquet of beauty, this treasured marriage.” – www.theheirloombouquet.com

The Options –
Backdrops – Linen, Soft gray, English stucco
Sizes – 11×14, 16×20, 24×30
Frames – Black, Natural, White (Matted or Unmatted)

The Process –
Once you decide on which options you would like, a $200 check deposit will be placed. A couple weeks before your big day you will have the option to update your order details if you have changed your mind on the backdrop, size or frame. The final check payment will be due two weeks before your wedding date, and as this time I will need to know exactly what florals you will have in your bouquet. The best way to figure out what florals are in your bouquet is to email your wedding florist.

On your wedding day I will help you keep your bouquet as hydrated as possible throughout the day. The night of your wedding I take the bouquet home and store it in my fridge to keep the flowers as luscious as possible. The next morning I will fix and rehydrate any blooms that need help. Once your design is created, calligraphy will be added, and then your piece will be printed, matted, and framed. Because of the custom nature of each piece, it typically takes 6-12 weeks from start to finish.
